SMS Consent: By signing up, you consent to receive SMS messages from Dexter. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying "STOP" to any message.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share data with:

  • Service providers that help us deliver the Dexter experience (e.g., OpenAI, Twilio, Make and future LLM providers).

  • Legal authorities if required by law.

All third-party partners are contractually obligated to protect your data and only use it for agreed-upon purposes.

5. Data Security

We take appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

Payment Data: We use Stripe and Paypal, third-party payment processors, to handle payment transactions securely. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. Any payment information you provide is governed by the third-party processor’s privacy policy.

6. Your Rights

You may request access, modification, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at support@meetdexter.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Data is securely deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.

8. Age Restrictions

Dexter is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy. Any changes will be communicated via our platform or SMS. Continued use after such changes constitutes your acceptance.

Terms of Use for Dexter

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Dexter, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

2. Use of Services

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Dexter.

  • You must provide explicit consent to receive SMS communications.

  • You agree not to misuse the service or engage in unauthorized activities.

3. SMS Communications

By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Dexter. Message types may include:

  • Educational content

  • Service updates

  • Limited-time promotions

Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying "STOP", and you may get help by replying "HELP".

4. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and phone number.

  • You agree to use Dexter solely for personal learning purposes.

  • You are responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier related to SMS/MMS messages.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials provided by Dexter remain the intellectual property of Dexter. You may not reproduce or distribute content without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dexter is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.

9. Subscription Plans and Billing

Dexter offers two subscription options:

  • Monthly Plan: Billed at $10 per month, automatically renews each month unless canceled.

  • Annual Plan: Billed at $96 per year, automatically renews each year unless canceled.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Dexter to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis. There is no free trial. Charges will continue until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by LOGGING IN > MY SUBSCRIPTIONS > CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION 

Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused periods.

We reserve the right to change pricing or features of any subscription plan, and we will provide advance notice of any such changes.
